1. I’ve Read and Accepted the Terms
By proceeding, I confirm that I have read, understood, and agree to all the terms and conditions outlined here and on the website. Let’s get started on your Ultimate Getaway!
2. Destinations & Availability
I understand that the destinations and accommodations available for my holiday are subject to availability and may not be open year-round. It’s always a good idea to book early to ensure your preferred location is available. Note: Some peak dates—such as Easter, Christmas, and School Holidays—may not be available. Don’t worry though, there are plenty of fantastic options at other times of the year!
3. Limited Selection of Hotels, But Plenty of Great Options
When booking my getaway, I acknowledge that two or three hotels in each destination will typically be available for most of the year. Rest assured, there are still plenty of fantastic options to choose from!
4. Distance Restrictions for Local Getaways
I understand that I cannot book a destination that is within 160 km (100 miles) of my home. This ensures my getaway feels like a true escape from the everyday.
5. Once I’ve Chosen My Destination, It’s Set
Once I’ve selected my destination, I acknowledge that I cannot change it.
6. Booking in Advance – 30 Days Notice Required
I agree to provide at least 30 days’ notice when booking my accommodation. This gives our travel partner plenty of time to secure your stay and get everything ready for your trip!
7. One Voucher Per Year
I acknowledge that I can only register one voucher per year in my name for my getaway. If I receive multiple vouchers, I understand that the second voucher cannot be activated until 12 months after I’ve taken my first vacation.
8. Group Travel Restrictions
Group travel to the same hotel or resort is not permitted. I agree that only one voucher per family or group of friends can travel on similar or adjoining arrival and departure dates. This ensures everyone can enjoy their own personal getaway experience!
9. Non-Refundable Booking & Service Fees
I understand that the Booking & Service Fees I pay for my vacation are non-refundable and non-transferable. These fees ensure everything is locked in for a smooth and seamless getaway experience!
10. Room Upgrade Fees
If I have questions about room upgrade fees, I’ll contact redeemvacations.com/contact-us before making any payments. I understand that these fees are non-refundable, so I’ll make sure I’m clear on any additional charges before proceeding.
11. 18 Months to Book Your Travel Dates
From the date I pay my Booking & Service Fees, I have 18 months to choose my travel dates and resort/hotel options. There’s no rush, but plenty of time to plan the perfect getaway.
12. Confirmed Dates Are Final
Once my accommodation dates are confirmed, I understand that I cannot make changes to those dates. My ultimate getaway experience is all set, and I’m ready to go!
13. Cancellations & Forfeiture of Fees
I understand that if I need to cancel my accommodation after my dates have been confirmed, I will forfeit the booking activation fees (i.e., booking fees). So, once everything is locked in, it’s full speed ahead!
14. Booking Fees May Vary
I’m aware that booking fees can fluctuate, as third-party booking engines like Expedia & Wotif may adjust their rates. I understand that these changes can affect my total fee, but I’ll always be informed before anything is finalized.
A Few Extra Tips to Make Your Getaway Even Better
For the best rates on booking fees, consider booking your 3-Night Holiday Package Sunday-Thursday. If you prefer Friday or Saturday nights, these are considered peak dates and may carry a small extra charge. Locations with high demand may have a larger surcharge, so be sure to check before booking!
While most resorts are family-friendly, some may have specific restrictions on children in certain rooms. Be sure to check the details of your selected resort to make sure it meets the needs of your family or travel group.
