However, availability is limited during peak seasons, such as Christmas, Easter or School Holidays, and rooms may not be available. In some cases, a small additional fee may apply. The hospitality industry is affected by various factors, and room availability is subject to change based on these elements.

It’s important to note that certain events like conferences, expos, or major entertainment events may lead to temporary blackouts at some destinations. These events are often unpredictable and can cause the hotels in those areas to reach full capacity.

Booking Process
To redeem your vacation, follow the instructions on your Getaway Accommodation Voucher. Visit www.ultimategetawayrewards.com, select your destination, and after making your choice, you will receive an email from Redeem Vacations prompting you to “activate” your voucher by paying the booking and service fees within 7 days.

Our program utilizes global booking platforms like Expedia, which charge a reservation engine fee of approximately 20% of the standard room rate. However, since the hotels offer their rooms at no charge, the reservation fee is reduced to almost zero (subject to destination and availability).

Holders of the Getaway Accommodation Voucher are only required to pay a nightly booking fee, which may vary depending on the destination. This approach encourages timely booking and ensures that hotels can maintain high occupancy levels.

You have up to 18 months from the activation date to complete your travel. Once you’ve selected your destination and paid the fees, no changes to the destination are allowed.

Travel expenses such as airfare, transfers, meals, and resort fees are not included in this offer. If you have multiple vacation incentives, these cannot be used consecutively for the same or different destinations within a 12-month period.

Changes to Destinations
Destinations may occasionally change due to factors such as changes in hotel ownership or management. If a hotel undergoes management changes and no longer participates in our program, we will work to provide alternative options, but such changes are beyond our control. Therefore, the destinations shown on our website and in advertising are considered examples and may be subject to change.

Group Travel Restrictions
Group bookings are not permitted under this offer. Only one voucher is allowed per household or resort/hotel per year. If multiple individuals from the same household or group wish to use the voucher, they must travel on the same dates.

For the same travel dates, only one group may redeem the complimentary getaway vacation.

Voucher Validity
This incentive becomes void if purchased or exchanged. It is only valid for the booking of accommodations offered through RedeemVacations.com, based on the conditions outlined here.

Room Occupancy and Booking Fees
Rooms are typically suitable for 2 to 4 people, depending on the type of room and availability. At least one guest must be 21 years or older. Most hotels will allow two children under 12 to stay with two adults at no additional cost, but we cannot guarantee that all hotels will offer this flexibility. Please check the specific hotel policies when making your reservation.

Booking Fee Structure
The booking fee you pay covers the costs of services provided by RedeemVacations, including fees to third-party booking platforms, travel agency charges, housekeeping, and other relevant expenses. A valid major credit or debit card (Visa or Mastercard) is required for booking, and a government-issued ID will be needed at check-in.

Complimentary Accommodation
This incentive includes complimentary hotel accommodation; however, all other expenses, such as transportation, meals, resort fees, and any personal costs, are the responsibility of the guest. If resort fees apply, these will be disclosed at the time of booking. Resort fees typically cover amenities such as Wi-Fi, local calls, and use of facilities.

Advance Booking & Hotel Availability
Bookings must be made at least 30 days in advance, with availability varying by destination and travel dates. During busy periods like Christmas, Easter & School Holidays, the availability of rooms may be limited. We recommend booking your stay during weekdays (Sunday to Thursday) to avoid additional surcharges.

Hotels may apply a surcharge for Friday or Saturday stays due to higher demand. Verify this information at the time of booking.

Non-Refundable Fees & Taxes
All fees associated with this incentive are final and non-refundable once the booking has been confirmed. If you cancel or do not show up, the fees paid will not be refunded. Any changes to confirmed accommodation dates are also not allowed.

Reason for Pre-Payment of Fees
To ensure sufficient availability of rooms across various locations, RedeemVacations requires pre-payment of the booking and service fees. This helps them manage demand and secure rooms for guests. This process also provides an 18-month window to finalize your travel plans.

Residency Requirement
To qualify for this offer, you must reside at least 160 kilometers (100 miles) away from your selected destination resort. This ensures that local residents do not exploit the offer, which is designed to encourage guest spending on amenities during their stay.

No Cash Value
This incentive cannot be exchanged for cash and has no monetary value. It is subject to the terms and conditions outlined in this agreement, which may be modified at any time without notice.
